LYW can offer you a personalized and private practice experience. We have two rooms in studio dedicated to private instruction. You can feel comfortable exploring your practice with the guidance of a skilled teacher in a truly private setting. 
 
A private session can provide individualized instruction that is tailored to your specific needs. 
Sessions can be guided by therapeutics, goals, and personal schedule. 
 
We work with students who are interested in using yoga to work through physical and mental challenges. LYW offers one-on-one personalized practices that can help guide you back to optimal and balanced mental and physical health.

Therapeutic Private Sessions

A therapeutic session uses the poses and breath practices to help address special needs such as chronic pain, immobility, anxiety, chronic fatigue, and much more to promote healing.

These practices will normally have a narrow focus that is specific to the individual and will use the practice time to directly address a primary issue. People who seek therapeutic one-on-one sessions are typically seeking assistance in addressing long term chronic issues that could be physical or mental.
Therapeutic yoga allows you to have a skilled teacher by your side who is capable of seeing problematic movement, posture, and breathing patterns and is able to guide you in practices that will help restore normal patterns that promote optimal health and wellness.
